Warm up with some broth

The winter issue of Teton Family Magazine is out. Make an extra batch of  Annie Fenn's Turmeric Ginger Pho Bo broth. Stick it in your freezer and pull it out, for a quick nourishing, warm dinner. Annie's topping suggestions are great. But when we've needed a last minute meal I have just pulled out what we had in the fridge. I do alway make sure to include the fresh mint, cilantro and rice noodles though!
