Crusty Bread

Who doesn't love warm, delicious, crusty bread?  But maybe you don't have a sourdough starter. Don't despair you can still make a quick and easy loaf of bread for dinner tonight with this recipe from Jessie at Life As A Strawberry. One of my favorite weeknight dinners is a big, fresh salad alongside a warm loaf of bread slathered in butter.  I prefer to use Einkorn flour for most baking needs. I haven't adjusted this recipe at all to compensate for the Einkorn and it still seems to turn out quite well. If you have bread leftover the next day this makes great croutons!
